- 500 g maida flour
- salt
- red chili pepper
- 200 g oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
- 250 g channa dal
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Directions

1Add salt and 2 tbsp oil to maida.

2Add water and make a soft dough.

3Soak chana dal for 6 hours.

4Boil it in a pressure cooker with a glassful of water.

5Wait for 1 whistle.

6Turn off the gas.

7Drain away the water and grind the dal.

8Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadahi.

9Add dal paste and roast it for 3-4 minutes.

10Add all the masala powder.
-
11When it cools down stuff this paste into maida balls.

12The paranthas should be as thin as a papad.

13Make soft paranthas an hour before serving.

14Serve with Aloo Dum Masala, Raita and Chutney.
