  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • oil

    Shake chicken in a sack with mixture of dry ingredients.

    Fry in hot oil until done, turning once.
