- 2 1/2 lb. London broil
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 3 green onions
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- garlic to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 qt. sauerkraut
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cube and brown meat in oil.

2Chop and saute onion in butter using the same pan.

3Add flour; stir, add broth and sauce plus 1 can of water.

4Stir in sauerkraut, beef and spices.

5Simmer 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

6Serve with dumplings.
