Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Oats (not Quick Cooking)
  • 1/4 cups Apple, Shredded Or Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
  • 1/3 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cups Non-fat Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon (optional)

Directions

    Add all of the ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerated for at least 8 hours.

    When ready to serve, top with toppings, such as berries, banana,nuts, nutella, granola, peanut butter, flax seed, more milk.

    Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
