- 1/4 cups Apple, Shredded Or Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
- 1/3 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cups Non-fat Milk
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Raisins
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon (optional)
Directions

1Add all of the ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerated for at least 8 hours.

2When ready to serve, top with toppings, such as berries, banana,nuts, nutella, granola, peanut butter, flax seed, more milk.

3Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
