  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup apple (or orange) juice
  • 8 oz chopped fruit, plus extra to serve
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • None None cinnamon sugar, for sprinkling

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine oats and juice. Cover and chill overnight.

    When ready to serve, fold in remaining ingredients. Serve topped with extra fruit and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
