  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refrigerator biscuits
  • 2 oz. shredded Cheddar or American cheese

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Grease 10 muffin cups.

    Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.

    Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.
