  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 c. water (about)
  • 12 biscuits (stale biscuits are best)
  • 1 beaten egg

Directions

    Place biscuits in bottom of pan and cover with water.

    Soak about 30 minutes.

    Mix other ingredients and pour over biscuits and water.

    Place in 250° oven and bake until golden brown.
