- 3 large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 6 c. crumbled biscuits
Directions

1In large bowl, beat eggs until creamy.

2Add milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.

3Beat mixture until sugar is dissolved. Stir in crumbled biscuits until well moistened.

4Turn mixture into lightly buttered 3-quart baking dish.

5Bake at 325° for 25 to 35 minutes or until top is brown and mixture is set.

6Serve with heavy cream, whipped cream or plain.

7Makes about 8 to 10 servings.
