- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. ham, cooked and chopped
- 1 can biscuits
Directions

1Saute onions in butter.

2Add flour, soup, milk and ham; cook until all thick.

3Add lemon and pour into a baking dish.

4Add eggs and top with biscuits.

5Bake at 450° for 15 minutes; then bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
