  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. ham, cooked and chopped
  • 1 can biscuits

Directions

    Saute onions in butter.

    Add flour, soup, milk and ham; cook until all thick.

    Add lemon and pour into a baking dish.

    Add eggs and top with biscuits.

    Bake at 450° for 15 minutes; then bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
