  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/2 c. margarine

    Stir dry ingredients together.

    Cut in the margarine until pea size.

    Mix in milk only until ingredients are blended.

    Do not overmix.

    Roll to 3/4 inch and cut.
