Bite sized cornbread quiches

- 1 box of cornbread mix. (or your favorite cornbread recipe )
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
Directions

1Mix the cornbread to the directions on the box.

2We are making a dough here not a batter so start with dry ingredients and slowly add the wet untill you get a dough.

3Preheat oven to 400

4Roll out cornbred and cut pices big enough to make a cup the size of your muffin tin.

5Mine was for mini muffins so i cut the size accordingly.

6Put it in the muffin tins.

7Mix your quiche, i used 3 eggs the cream and the cheese.

8Add anything else you want at this time.

9Pour your mixture into the cornbread cups.

10Top with a little extra cheese.

11Bake 15 min or until golden brown.
