  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Boil peeled potatoes until tender; drain.

    Mash potatoes with butter, cream cheese and sour cream.

    Place in an ovenproof dish and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, topped with shredded Cheddar cheese.
