- 1 can black beans
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 lime
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions

1Drain and rinse beans and place in a medium size bowl.
