  • 1 (16 oz.) can black beans
  • 4 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c. diced red onion
  • 1/2 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 large fresh or pickled jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh cilantro
  • 4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp. grated lime
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
