  • 1 pkg 18 oz refrigerated ready to bake brownies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Evenly cover the bottom and sides of a 9 inch deep dish pie plate with the ready to bake brownies, forming a crust.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, peppermint extract and green food coloring with an electric mixer until smooth.

    Fold in the whipped topping then spoon into the crust.

    Cover the pie and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
