  • 1 c. Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
  • 1 c. Quaker 100% natural cereal, crushed to 3/4 c.
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. (half of 12 oz. pkg.) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
  • 1/4 c. whipping cream
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease 9-inch springform pan.

    Combine first 4 ingredients.

    Press onto bottom and sides of pan.

    Bake 15 minutes; cool.

    Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla at medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

    Stir in chocolate and cream.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake 1 hour or until center is almost set; cool completely.
