   1.Separate the egg whites from yolks.Stir yolks with 9 teaspoons of sugar until sugar is completely dissolved.Whip the mixture until the mixture increases in volume 2-3 times.

   2. In another bowl whip whe whites until foamy and when the whites are whipped little by little add 3 tablespoons of sugar at the same time continuing to whip the mixture.

   3. Whipped yolks should be mixed with 1/3 of whites,then add flour and mix everything slightly.Add the rest of whippped whites and mix evrything carefully.

   4.The dough should be divided into 3 parts.Into one part you add walnuts ,into the second one- poppy-seeds,into the third- raisins ( the amount of these ingredients depends on your taste).

   5. Preheat oven to 350 F/.Spray cake molds with nonstick cooking spray.Bake the cake 20-30 minutes until ready.The baked dough should be left aside for 3-4 hours.

   6. Put the cream between the layers of the cake.Decorate the top with the fruit jelly.

   Cream: Pour milk into the bowl,add sugar andkeep on the fire until starts to boil.Eggs should be whipped a little bit and added into the milk and sugar mixture.

   Butter should be whipped to get a fluffy mixture.Not stopping the whipping add the milk syrop and add 1-2 tablespoon of cocoa powder.

   Jelly: You should make an orange or lemon jelly ( any variety sold at the supermarket) and pour the warm mixture onto the cake which is put into the deep dish.Decorate the cake with any fruit you like( cherry,raspberries,strawberry).As the jelly is yellow,choose red fruits for decorating to make it look bright and beautiful.

    Levae the cake in the fridge for some hours.
