  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb Beef (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 clove garlic cloves (diced fine)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.

    Let marinade for 1 hour, mixing occasionally.

    Add another 2 tbs of oil to a wok or skillet, turn to high heat and wait for the oil to just start to smoke.

    Add the meat mixture to skillet and stir-fry until the meat is cooked and browned.

    Turn skillet to low heat and simmer for another 5 minutes to let the sauce thicken.

    Serve with rice or egg noodles.
