Ingredients
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb Beef (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 clove garlic cloves (diced fine)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.

2Let marinade for 1 hour, mixing occasionally.

3Add another 2 tbs of oil to a wok or skillet, turn to high heat and wait for the oil to just start to smoke.

4Add the meat mixture to skillet and stir-fry until the meat is cooked and browned.

5Turn skillet to low heat and simmer for another 5 minutes to let the sauce thicken.

6Serve with rice or egg noodles.
