- 1 c. heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 oz. Chambord liqueur
Directions

1Beat egg yolks, sugar and Chambord together until they become thick and yellow.

2In a separate bowl, beat the cream until stiff, then fold it into the egg yolks and blend completely.

3Pour into dessert cups and place in freezer for one hour.

4Serve directly from freezer.
