  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. blackberry jam
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 3 c. flour

    Cream sugar, butter and eggs.

    Add buttermilk and jam.

    Mix well.

    Mix soda and flour and add nuts, raisins and coconut.

    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
