  • 1 qt blackberries, drained
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 2 C sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Directions

    Add sugar to blackberries and mix well, then put in 375° oven to heat while mixing rest of pudding.

    Beat your egg thoroughly, then add other ingredients and cream well. Add 8 Tbsp milk then add flour salt and baking powder. Combine as quickly as possible and pour over heated berries and bake until done in a 375° oven. Serve with whipped cream.
