- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning or crab seasoning
- cooking oil in deep fat fryer
Directions

1Preheat cooking oil to 375°.

2Mix flour and Old Bay seasoning in a Ziploc bag.

3Rinse shrimp; place in Ziploc bag; shake evenly to coat shrimp.

4Carefully place shrimp in hot cooking oil for 3 to 4 minutes or until the shrimp float on surface of oil.

5Drain shrimp on paper towels and serve with Cocktail Sauce.
