  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. blackberry Jell-O (small)
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. Manischewitz blackberry wine
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. blackberry wine

    Mix first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl.

    Beat 2 minutes. Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tester is dry.

    Let set 10 minutes, then carefully remove from pan.
