- 5 lb yellow squash
- 3 T melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 C bread crumbs
- 1/4 C sugar
- 2 T dehydrated onions
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions

1Boil squash in water 3 to 5 min. until tender

2Drain well.

3Mash slightly in large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Place in 3 qt greased casserole and bake uncovered 350 degrees 15 to 20 min.
