  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. wheat (grain)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Blend milk and wheat on high for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add eggs, oil, honey, powder, soda and salt.

    Bake on a 300° griddle (medium) for a very short time (until air bubbles pop).

    Yummy, tummy filling whole wheat pancakes.
