- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. wheat (grain)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. baking soda
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Blend milk and wheat on high for 3 to 4 minutes.

2Add eggs, oil, honey, powder, soda and salt.

3Bake on a 300° griddle (medium) for a very short time (until air bubbles pop).

4Yummy, tummy filling whole wheat pancakes.
