- 1 c. (1 pkg.) chocolate bits
- 1 1/4 c. Carnation milk or light cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp. brandy, rum or vanilla
Directions

1Put chocolate bits in blender and pour over them the scalded milk.

2Add egg yolks and flavoring.

3Pour into demitasse cups. Chill at least 2 hours.

4Top with whipping cream (or Cool Whip). Serves 10.
