- 8 qt. unpeeled tomatoes*
- 4 c. green pepper*
- 1 Tbsp. oregano*
- 2 c. onion*
- 1 garlic clove*
- 8 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salt
Directions

1*All measuring is done after you have processed through the blender.

2Simmer the tomatoes, green pepper, oregano, onions and garlic 1 hour, then add tomato paste, black pepper, salad oil, sugar and salt.

3Cook for 1 1/2 hours more.

4Freeze.
