- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter or oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of vanilla
Directions

1In a bowl with a whisk beat milk, flour and oil until smooth. Add eggs one at a time while beating; add sugar and vanilla.

2Beat well. heat a heavy 7-inch skillet until drop of water sizzles; brush with oil.

3Using large spoon, ladle into pan and tilt around to cover.

4Cook until lightly brown; loosen edges and flip over. Cook slightly then flip out onto a rack or wax paper.

5Always oil pan before each crepe.
