  • 3 strips Bacon
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 cups Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 Slicer Tomato, Chopped
  • 2 pieces Crunchy Lettuce (such As Romaine), Chopped

    Fry bacon in a skillet over medium high heat until its nice and crispy.

    Place the bacon on a plate lined with paper towels.

    When cool, crumble into small pieces.

    Remove avocado from outer shell.

    In a medium bowl, use a fork to smash avocado flesh.

    Smash until you reach desired consistency (we prefer ours a little on the chunky side).

    Stir in lime juice and salt.

    Add cilantro, bacon, chopped tomato, and leaf lettuce and mix together.
