  • 12 x Hard-Boiled Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vinegar

Directions

    Halve Large eggs lengthwise, remove yolks.

    Mash yolks with cheese, add in lowfat sour cream and vinegar.

    Refill egg whites.

    Put two filled halves together, cover with saran wrap till ready to serve.
