  • One cup quick cooking grits
  • Four cups stock ( your choice)
  • Eight ounces crumbled blue cheese ( again your choice)
  • One quarter cup sour cream
  • Fresh grated nutmeg

Directions

    Prepare grits according to box directions, using stock instead of water. When almost done, crumble in the cheese, add the sour cream and nutmeg.
