Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Blue cheese
  • 1/4 lb. butter or good quality margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions, finely chopped or to taste (include some tops)
  • 1/2 c. chopped black olives
  • 2 1/4 oz. pkg. sliced almonds, blanched and toasted

Directions

    Bring cream cheese, Blue cheese and butter to room temperature.

    Mix together.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Shape into a log on wax paper.

    Refrigerate until firm.

    Before serving, cover with sliced almonds which have been toasted in oven with butter.

    Serve with your favorite crackers.
