- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. Blue cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter or good quality margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 2 Tbsp. green onions, finely chopped or to taste (include some tops)
- 1/2 c. chopped black olives
- 2 1/4 oz. pkg. sliced almonds, blanched and toasted
Directions

1Bring cream cheese, Blue cheese and butter to room temperature.

2Mix together.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Shape into a log on wax paper.

5Refrigerate until firm.

6Before serving, cover with sliced almonds which have been toasted in oven with butter.

7Serve with your favorite crackers.
