- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 3/4 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. green onion, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Combine meat with cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt.

2Shape into 24 meatballs.

3Cook in butter until cooked through.

4When cooked, remove with slotted spoon and put in serving dish.

5Add whipping cream to pan drippings.

6Cook over medium heat, stirring, about 5 minutes.

7Spoon glaze over meatballs.
