- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Directions

1Mix baking mix, water and cheese until soft dough forms.

2Beat vigorously 20 strokes.

3Smooth dough into ball on well floured cloth-covered board.

4Knead 5 times.

5Roll 1/2-inch thick.

6Cut with floured 2-inch cutter.

7Cut each round into fourths.

8Place wedges in ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

9Mix butter and parsley; spoon over wedges.

10Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

11Bake at 450° until lightly brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
