- 2 cups potatoes, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 quart half-and-half
Directions

1Put veggies in pot.

2Drain clam juice into veggie pot.

4Boil until tender.

5Make white sauce with remaining ingredients.
