- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 cups Slivered Almonds
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 13 cups Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cups Coconut Oil, Melted
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
- 1- 1/2 cup Dried Blueberries
- 1- 1/4 cup White Chocolate Chips
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a large bowl, add oats, shredded coconut, almonds, salt, and brown sugar.

3Stir to combine.

4In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

5Slowly pour the mixture over the oats.

6Fold the wet mixture into the oat mixture until the oats are evenly coated.

7Transfer the mixture to prepared baking sheet.

8Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the granola is golden brown in color.

9Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.

10When the granola is cool, stir in the blueberries and white chocolate chips.

11Transfer the mixture to an airtight container.

12The granola will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks.
