  • 5 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 (3-ounce) pkgs. frozen unsweetened acai puree (such as Sambazon)
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 peeled banana, frozen and divided
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup prepared granola
  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Coarse sea salt, to garnish

Directions

    Blend dates, acai puree, blueberries, 1/2 a banana, and coconut water until thick and smooth. Add more coconut water if too thick to blend.

    Pour mixture into two small bowls; evenly divide the remaining ingredients to top both bowls, forming separate rows of each ingredient. Sprinkle with salt, if desired. Serve immediately.
