  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 9-inch pie crust

Directions

    Beat eggs; add sugar and flour mixed together.

    Add one cup of milk, vanilla and melted margarine.

    Beat for about 2 minutes then mix in coconut.

    Pour into 9-inch pie pan.

    Cook about 40 minutes at 350° or until the middle does not shake.
