  • 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (Maytag or Danish)
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or thawed)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon hot chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onion, green part only, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions

    Place blue cheese and blueberries in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.

    Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.
