  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil (Crisco)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries, drained (not pie filling) or 2 c. fresh blueberries

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except blueberries.

    When mixture is smooth, fold in blueberries.

    Flour Bundt cake pan.

    Bake at 325° for an hour to 1 hour and a half.
