- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. canned or cooked fresh blueberries (with juice)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream
Directions

1In chilled bowl, whip cream until it will hold peaks; set aside.

2Put egg, blueberries, sugar and milk in blender; run on high speed until very smooth.

3Pour carefully over whipped cream and fold in gently.

4Pour into 6 tall glasses; top each with a scoop of ice cream.

5Yields 6 servings.
