  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. fresh blueberries, sweetened (drain if using canned)

Directions

    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; mix thoroughly. Combine egg, milk and margarine; stir into dry ingredients only until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 to 2/3 full. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
