- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. unsifted flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. blueberries, coated with flour (shake off excess)
- 2 tsp. sugar (for top)
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

2Add eggs one at a time and mix well until blended.

3Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk and vanilla.

4Add blueberries and fold in by hand.

5Using cupcake liners, pile mix 3/4 full into each muffin cup.

6Sprinkle sugar over top.

7Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

8Makes 1 dozen.
