- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
- 3/4 c. dark brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 lb. ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. blueberries
- pastry for two 9-inch pie crusts
- 2 Tbsp. cream to spread over top crust before baking
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy and well combined.

3Add the tapioca and allow to absorb the liquid for 2 minutes.

4Beat in brown sugar, salt and nutmeg.

5Add peaches and blueberries.
