Blueberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Drain blueberries and pineapple; measure the liquid.

    Add enough water to make 1 cup and add liquid to gelatin mixture.

    Stir in blueberries and pineapple. Pour into a flat pan until congealed.

    Blend softened cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla; spread over congealed salad.

    Sprinkle with pecans.
