  • 4 c. fresh blueberries or 4 c. frozen, well drained
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

    Mix well.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles or ice cream.
