Ingredients: 2 cup blacks beans; 2 cup of rice; 3 pieaces boiled chicken breast; 3 pieaces of garlic; 1 can corn; 6 oz cream cheese; 1 table spoon of salt; 1 table spoon of pepper; 4 table spoons of pace picante sauce medium; 1 table spoon of ranch; 4 cup of water; 1 table spoon of sour cream; 1/2 cup of milk; 1 carrot; 1 can of corn; 1 hand of cilantro; 1 hand of parsley; 1 add 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese

in a pot put black beans to boil before you start making dinner let them cook first till they are nice and soft.

In a different pot put your rice and carrot to boil.

Add a little butter and salt.

In a sauce pan add 4 cups of water , and cream cheese now stir while boiling to break the cream cheese.

Add salt and pepper.

Cut some fresh cilantro and fresh parsley and add to the pan.

Shredd some garlic.

And stir really good while boiling.

Now shredd your boiled chicken.

And add to your pan.

Stir add a can of corn.

Add 4 spoons of picante sauce, and add milk, sour cream, ranch, some parmesan cheese.

Once your rice is cooked, drain water from your rice and mix all together or just pour the sauce on top of the rice before serving.
