  • 8 whole eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
  • 1 gal. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Cook in double boiler or extra heavy saucepan, stirring constantly with whip or wooden spoon until this mixture thickens or coats a silver spoon.

    Add vanilla and refrigerate.
