- 1 qt. sweet milk
- 1 small can Carnation milk
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 level Tbsp. flour
- 5 or 6 eggs, beaten
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Scald all but 1/2 pint cream (that means, put over heat and stir constantly until you see come up).

2Mix eggs, sugar, flour and salt.

3Pour into milk slowly, stirring constantly.

4Let cook about 15 minutes.

5Let cool and add vanilla.

6Whip the cream and fold into other when it has cooled.

7(This stuff can be drunk or put into ice cream freezer.

8To drink it is better.)
