- 2 to 3 lb. raw peanuts
- 1/3 c. Hawaiian salt
- 1 tsp. five spice
Directions

1Place peanuts into large stock pot.

2Cover with water.

3Add Hawaiian salt and five spice.

4Bring to rolling boil.

5Start timer (25 to 30 minutes) when water is at rolling boil.

6Turn stove off after 25 to 30 minutes.

7Leave peanuts in pot until all of them sink to bottom of pot.
